Caroline Zilkie

Caroline Zilkie is an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and sports conditioning. Her passion for health and fitness stems from her own personal journey of transforming her mindset around food and exercise. Through strength training and performance-based workouts, she discovered how empowering it is to fuel the body for function rather than appearance.

This shift inspired Caroline to help others build positive, sustainable habits through fitness. She strives to guide clients not only physically but mentally—helping them stay consistent, focused, and motivated.

Caroline connects with her clients by listening and building trust. She believes that while knowledge is important, the ability to empathize and meet clients where they are is key to long-term success. Her favorite motivational quote is: “Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success. Greatness will come.” – Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Outside of training, Caroline enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and staying active through her own workouts.
