Stretch & Recovery Studio
This innovative studio is available exclusively to personal training clients and is equipped with advanced recovery and stretching equipment that helps you achieve greater flexibility, range of motion, and optimal muscle recovery.
Advanced Recovery Equipment
Personal training clients have access to Cryotherapy Loungers which provide heat and cold therapy, Human Touch Massage Chairs with multiple massage settings, Normatec Compression Chairs for deep muscle relief, Hydro Massage promoting enhanced circulation, and Percussion Therapy devices for muscle stimulation. These tools reduce post-workout stiffness and soreness, helping you recover faster and perform better.
Improved Flexibility and Posture
TechnoGym Posterior and Flexibility Anterior are available exclusively to personal training clients. This highly specialized equipment enables effective stretching and lengthening of muscles, preventing back pain and promoting spinal alignment.
Holistic Health Analysis
With our Blood Pressure Analysis and Inbody Scanner, we provide a comprehensive health and wellness analysis, including your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, body composition, muscle distribution, and basal metabolic rate. This information is used to customize your fitness program and to meticulously track your progress throughout your transformation.
