Effective immediately, our offices are closed and all company operations have been suspended until further notice. This includes but is not limited to billing, renewals, member portal, updates, payments, all those member service items are not able to be processed at this time. You will need to contact us back once we are open to assist you with any member service questions.
We have automatically stopped billing as of 3/20/2020. You have not and will not be billed for April. Billing will not resume until our doors are back open for workouts. We will continue to update our social media pages and website with up to date information.
*If your membership dues were billed prior to our closure (3/20/2020), your dues will be prorated and credited for the remaining days in March. The credit will be applied to your next scheduled full payment. If you have a Pre-paid Membership we will automatically prorate you for the days in March and those days will be added on to your current expiration date.
