Club Fitness wants to bring down the “barriers” to fitness by creating affordable, friendly, state of the art facilities that welcome people of all fitness levels. Our staff is here to help each person’s fitness journey be successful, enjoyable, and fun.

New cards can be purchased at the front desk of any location during staffed hours. If you still have your card but need a new one due to wear and tear, there is no charge when turning in your old card.

If you want to come in and exercise on your own most of our members follow a pretty simple plan that begins with a 5 to 10 minute warm-up on a piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical, rower, or stair climber). After a warm-up, you can move on to some resistance training exercises on the selectorized circuit equipment (resistance training helps with building strength, helps prevent osteoporosis, and burns calories and fat as well). After you have used the resistance training equipment, the workout usually is finished up with 15 to 20 minutes of cardio (again on a treadmill, bike, elliptical, or stair climber). After this, enjoy a smoothie, a tan, and a massage, and you will feel great the rest of the day!

At Club Fitness, we are here to help you get results and keep you motivated. We always recommend using your one-hour free personal training session to show you how to use all of the equipment and for a certified personal trainer to write up an exercise program precisely for you to follow.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes of any type, exercise pants or sweatpants and/or shorts, a t-shirt or long sleeve t-shirt, and a pair of comfortable tennis shoes. We don’t judge at Club Fitness, so you do not need to wear a certain brand, make up your hair or look perfect in any way. We are all here to have fun, be healthy, and sweat!

You may submit a freeze request online for up to two months at a time. Your freeze must be submitted no less than five (5) days before your billing date. To learn more, visit our Member portal.

We do not currently offer a family membership rate. Each membership is sold individually.

Yes, we do! Come to your local Club Fitness location, and one of our team members will be happy to get your membership activated and show you our facilities.

Just need a place to work out for the day? We have a $10 day pass you can purchase at any club during staffed hours.
