How do I contact somebody about my account?

How do I gain access once I've joined?

Welcome to the Club! Please check your email for the invitation to the Club Fitness + app. This is how you’ll access the club, build workouts, and so much more! 

What if I don’t know what to do at the gym?

Not sure what to do when you are at the gym? We can help with that! Every Club Fitness member gets a complimentary Wellness Assessment. This plan is a road map designed to help you to reach your goals, and includes expert instruction. 

 

What if I don’t know what to do at the gym?

Not sure what to do when you are at the gym? We can help with that! Every Club Fitness member gets a FREE session with a personal trainer which we call our “Fit Plan”. This plan is a road map designed for YOU to reach your goals and would be a great starting point for your fitness journey. If you ever have any questions, we have the largest team of certified personal trainers in the St. Louis area ready to help you.

How do I change or update my billing information?

You may update information for each member in person at any location or by logging into each account online. You must register each account first to access each account online. CLICK HERE to change your billing information.

How do I change my membership information?

You may update memberships in person at any location or by logging into your account online. You must register your account first to access your account. If you want to manage multiple memberships, you will have to do the same for each membership.

How do I freeze my membership?

You may submit a freeze request online for up to two months at a time. Your freeze must be submitted no less than five (5) days before your billing date. To learn more, visit our MEMBER PORTAL.

Can I make a payment in advance at the gym?

Yes, however, you must pay at minimum 5 days before your billing date.

Do you offer family membership plans?

We do not currently offer a family membership rate. Each membership is sold individually.

Do you accept Silver Sneakers?

Yes, we do! Come to your local Club Fitness location, and one of our team members will be happy to get your membership activated and show you our facilities.

How much does a day pass cost?

Just need a place to work out for the day? We have a $20 day pass you can purchase at any club during staffed hours.
