Advanced Recovery Equipment: Personal training clients have access to Cryotherapy Loungers which provide heat and cold therapy, Human Touch Massage Chairs with multiple massage settings, Normatec Compression Chairs for deep muscle relief, Hydro Massage promoting enhanced circulation, and Percussion Therapy devices for muscle stimulation.
