Toby Hall specializes in Strength Training, Mobility, Functional Fitness, and Rehabilitation. He holds a certification as an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), along with a TRX Suspension Training – Level 1 certification and a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. With a decade of experience, Toby’s motivation as a personal trainer stems from transforming his own life through fitness and his passion for guiding others on a similar journey. During his college years, he experienced weight gain but managed to devise an effective exercise routine that led to not only weight loss but an overall enhancement in his quality of life. Toby connects with his clients mainly through text messages and gym meetings, providing them with personalized workouts. His mantra, “Consistency is the most important aspect of fitness,” resonates with his approach. Outside of training, Toby enjoys music, sports, exercising, and spending time with his kids.
