Kyle Ogle
Kyle Ogle is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Bodybuilding Specialist with a deep passion for strength training, weight loss, and mobility. As both a trainer and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Kyle brings a unique perspective to fitness—combining his background in medicine with his dedication to preventative health.
His own fitness journey began over a decade ago when he realized he needed to gain weight to support his health. Through strength training, he transformed his physique and mindset, even competing in a physique show in 2020. Today, his focus is on maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle—not only for himself, but for his family and the clients he serves.
Kyle’s coaching style is rooted in empathy and connection. He understands that every client has their own story, and he’s committed to building trust, celebrating progress, and guiding each individual toward sustainable results.
His favorite mantra: “Today is difficult. Tomorrow is much more difficult. The day after tomorrow is beautiful. Most give up tomorrow evening”—a reminder to keep pushing forward.
When he’s not training clients, Kyle enjoys weightlifting, reading, continuing his education, playing hockey, and cheering on the St. Louis Blues.
