Keanu Wanna is an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in strength training and weight loss. With a passion for cutting through the noise in the fitness world, Keanu helps clients take immediate, effective action toward their goals—removing the confusion that often stands in the way of progress. Keanu’s own fitness journey began with a personal transformation, losing 50 pounds and gaining a deep appreciation for consistency and long-term change. Now, his focus has shifted to bodybuilding, with the goal of stepping on stage and continuing to push his limits. He connects with clients by understanding not just what they want to achieve, but also what may have held them back before. Keanu encourages his clients to focus on their own progress, often sharing the reminder that “comparison is the thief of joy.” Outside of the gym, Keanu enjoys all things tech—whether it’s gaming, programming, or building computers from scratch. His favorite message to share: real change takes time, consistency, and commitment—but the results are worth it.
