Ian Jenkins is an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT) specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and sports conditioning. A lifelong athlete who ran cross country and track, Ian now prioritizes resistance training and overall health to be his best self—and help clients do the same. He connects by meeting people where they are, keeping them motivated, and tailoring training to their goals. A mindset he often shares: visualize success—close your eyes and picture the moment you’ve hit your goal—to stay focused and consistent. Outside the gym, Ian enjoys training, watching movies, and sketching.
