Henry Stupp

Henry Stupp is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in St. Charles, specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and functional fitness. After once being 50+ pounds overweight and limited by injuries, he rebuilt his health through resistance and flexibility training—now enjoying running, skiing, hiking, and lifting without pain—and he brings that experience to clients who want to move and feel better. Henry is currently pursuing NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialist credential to deepen his ability to address movement issues. He connects by listening first—goals, values, interests—and by sharing his own path with honesty, using it to build trust and a sustainable plan clients can enjoy. His guiding mantra: “Consistency is King, so take it easy.” Outside the gym, he’s likely skiing, playing volleyball, reading, cooking, learning something new, or exploring trails by bike or on foot (often up a mountain).
