Emily Leon is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness. She also brings additional knowledge in online personal training, strength and development, and nutrition. Emily’s passion for coaching comes from seeing others achieve the results they’ve been working toward and helping make fitness feel more approachable and effective.
Her own journey began during a time when the gym became a safe place to work through life’s challenges. Over time, fitness became more than just a habit—it became a lifestyle. That personal connection helps Emily create a supportive, encouraging environment where clients can have fun, stay motivated, and still push toward their goals.
Her favorite reminder is, “In two weeks you’ll feel it. In four weeks you’ll see it. In eight weeks you’ll hear it,” reflecting her belief in patience, consistency, and trusting the process. Outside the gym, Emily enjoys photography, swimming, and boxing.
