Colby Smith

Colby Smith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist at the Lake Saint Louis club, focusing on weight loss, mobility, and sports conditioning. A lifelong wrestler and three-time NCAA Division II All-American, he favors sport-specific methods—plyometrics, calisthenics, mobility, and flexibility work—to build durable, efficient movement. Colby became a trainer to make a positive impact in his community while continuing his own growth, and he connects by learning each client’s goals and creating clear, efficient programs that turn progress into momentum. His coaching ethos: adopt a lens of gratitude—exercise is a blessing, not a chore—and remember, “wealth is not about the weight you lose, but the life you gain.” Outside the gym, he enjoys teaching, coaching, traveling, and studying.
