Brian Rogers is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, functional fitness, sports conditioning, and bodybuilding. He also holds ISSA credentials in Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, and Bodybuilding. Brian became a trainer to help people transform not just their bodies, but their confidence, mindset, and daily habits. He connects by listening first—understanding each client’s goals, challenges, and lifestyle—then building clear, sustainable plans with consistent accountability. His go-to mantra: “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” Outside the gym, Brian enjoys being outdoors, trying new recipes, reading personal development, and finding fresh ways to move and stay challenged.
