Brian Galler

Brian Galler is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with specialty credentials as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (NASM-CSNC). He coaches strength training, weight loss, functional fitness, and rehabilitation with an analytical, step-by-step approach that gives clients a clear roadmap. After losing more than 75 pounds and resolving high blood pressure and cholesterol through sustainable habits, Brian brings genuine empathy—he’s been where many clients are starting—and focuses on smart, consistent training that works with your body, not against it. A U.S. Army veteran, he loves helping people build the fitness to tackle their own “big adventures,” from first 5Ks to bucket-list treks. Outside the gym, Brian enjoys running races, wilderness backpacking, and time with his wife and four adult children. His favorite reminder: “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.”
