Austin Sides
Austin Sides is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a strong focus on mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning. He also holds a United States Soccer Federation Grassroots Coaching Certification and is CPR & AED certified. With over 10 years of experience as a tennis pro and a decade of personal training under his belt, Austin brings a dynamic and experienced perspective to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and avoid injury.
Austin’s fitness journey began when he got tired of feeling limited—both physically and mentally. He made the decision to train and eat with intention, and over time, developed a passion for helping others do the same. He believes that fitness is a lifelong journey and understands firsthand what it’s like to be a beginner with big goals.
Known for his relatable, down-to-earth coaching style, Austin builds trust by getting to know his clients beyond the gym—understanding what motivates them, what challenges they face, and how he can help them thrive. His favorite reminder: “When life knocks you down, you just have to keep getting back up.”
Outside of training, Austin is a tennis pro and avid soccer fan who enjoys traveling and watching football on Sundays.
