Ashley King
Ashley King is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a NASM Youth Exercise Specialty, focused on strength training and helping clients build confidence through movement. A former gymnastics coach, she fell in love with fitness after discovering how weightlifting made her feel stronger and more capable—an experience she now pays forward. Ashley connects by learning each client’s goals and feelings toward fitness, then building simple, sustainable routines that fit their life. She’s especially passionate about working with kids and creating positive early experiences in the gym. Her go-to mantra: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Outside the gym, Ashley enjoys music, writing, and time with her kids.
