Armond Williams is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, mobility, and functional fitness. Originally a track athlete, he developed a passion for fitness through learning how the body can be trained to move, perform, and improve in specific ways. That passion led him to personal training, where he enjoys helping others succeed and reach their goals. Armond connects with clients by bringing encouragement and motivation to every session, whether they are just starting out or have more experience. His favorite mantra, “1% better every day,” reflects his belief in steady progress and long-term growth. Outside the gym, Armond enjoys basketball, sprinting, guitar, and roller skating.
