Anthony Horrell
Anthony Horrell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, sports conditioning, and bodybuilding. His passion for fitness started in athletics, which eventually led him to combat sports and weightlifting. This journey sparked his desire to help others achieve their own fitness goals.
Anthony’s motivation as a trainer comes from his commitment to helping others become the best versions of themselves. He believes that fitness is not just about physical strength but also about building confidence and resilience. His favorite mantra, “Bad workouts are better than no workouts,” serves as a reminder that consistency is key, even on tough days.
He connects with his clients by actively listening to their needs and demonstrating belief in their abilities. By fostering a supportive and motivational environment, Anthony helps his clients push beyond their perceived limits.
Outside of training, Anthony enjoys practicing Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and soccer, as well as weightlifting, fishing, cooking, and attending sports events. He’s also a fan of Formula 1 racing, showcasing his love for both competition and continuous improvement.
