Alyssa Nelson is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach specializing in strength training, mobility, and functional fitness. Her coaching is rooted in helping people build confidence and strength through movement, celebrating milestones while reinforcing sustainable habits. A former soccer player and dancer who later gravitated toward running and weightlifting, Alyssa blends athletic movement with mobility and stability work to create well-rounded, practical programs. She connects by meeting clients where they are—listening to their goals, motivations, and challenges to design plans that feel supportive and achievable. Her go-to mantra: “Just do it—do it scared, do it tired, but still do it,” because consistency wins over time. Outside the gym, you’ll find Alyssa with her family or in the kitchen testing new recipes.
