Allison Heater
Allison Heater is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in strength training and functional fitness. With a background in social services and a strong passion for helping others, Allison brings a thoughtful, supportive approach to every client relationship. Her own fitness journey began with a focus on the mental benefits of exercise, and after years of cardio, she discovered a love for strength training that changed everything. Since then, she has explored a wide range of movement styles, including CrossFit, kickboxing, barre, yoga, dance, and long-distance hiking. Allison connects with clients by creating evidence-based, sustainable plans tailored to their goals, while offering the education and support needed for long-term success. Her mantra, “Not every day will be a good day, show up anyway,” reflects her belief in consistency and grace through the process. Outside the gym, Allison enjoys reading, kayaking, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time in nature.
