Turbokick uses a mix of boxing movements such as kicks and punches to deliver a high-paced, cardio workout that increases range of motion, develops core strength, increases heart rate quickly for a high caloric burn, and improves overall balance.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
