PIYO classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY. If you are new to the gym, or you’ve been working out regularly for years, you’ll love these classes. And, no previous experience is necessary. This workout uses body weight, mats, and the open space of the group exercise studio. With those tools, you’ll challenge and develop your core, your physique, and your flexibility.

You will enjoy many benefits from regularly attending a PIYO class. This includes: greater balance, a strong core, long and lean muscles, and stress relief. PIYO classes are also low impact, total-body workouts. And, this class is adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike common Pilates or traditional yoga sessions, PIYO is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat. But, they offer a lot of options, too. And, with those options, these classes can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your needs. So, anyone can take a class and have a great workout. When you leave a class at Club Fitness, you will know and feel you had an amazing workout, bringing you to new levels of fitness. So, PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, it cranks up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

These PIYO classes focus on flexibility, core training, isometric challenges, dynamic yoga pose combinations.
When you step into a PIYO workout, you’ll find a mix of pilates and yoga. The pilates will focus on muscle and core development, and, the yoga will focus on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles groups (i.e. triceps, shoulders, biceps, and calves) as well as large muscles groups (i.e. hamstrings, back, and chest).
And, because there are so many styles and variations in pilates and yoga, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes involve core training and yoga postures, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to build strength and relieve stress in your joints and effectively progress you toward your fitness goal.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a PIYO class, you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes pilates and yoga and then transforms your workout, and your body, completely with these options.
BODYFLOW and PILOGA and phenomenal fusion classes that not only produce results but will keep you coming back for more. BODYFLOW is the perfect blend of taichi, pilates and yoga. All three styles are expertly presented by our top-tier instructors. And, it is choreographed to incredible music that matches the tone of the workout flawlessly. And, PILOGA, is a freestyle format that combines both pilates and yoga, like PIYO. But, because it is a freestyle format, that means the workout design is built by our amazing instructors, and, you then experience new and varying workouts more often. Plus, both optionis always burn a ton of calories.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting active wear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
