These PIYO classes focus on flexibility, core training, isometric challenges, and dynamic yoga pose combinations.
When you step into a PIYO workout, you’ll find a mix of pilates and yoga. Pilates will focus on muscle and core development, and yoga will focus on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscle groups (i.e., triceps, shoulders, biceps, and calves) and large muscle groups (i.e., hamstrings, back, and chest).
