And, this resistance-based workout uses body weight, mats, light weights, bars, steps and risers to challenge and develop every major muscle group in the body. Class Design

Using light weights to moderate weights, with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. So, every major muscle group is taken through an amazing workout to the beat of incredible music. And, it will burn up to 540 calories! Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement and support– helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, and ready to come back for more.

Classes focus on your body’s musculature. And, while BODYPUMP concentrates on repetitions, it develops strength, power, and endurance. You will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class because the workouts are tough, but achievable, the music is phenomenal, and the results are undeniable. Instructors regularly rotate in new choreography to keep you engaged. And, because these classes are primarily resistance oriented, we recommend attending classes once every other day, but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to properly strengthen your body and develop your fitness ability.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a BODYPUMP class, then you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes resistance training and evolves it into something unique that transforms your workout, and you, completely.

STRENGTH, STEP STRENGTH, and CXWORX are the fusion classes we recommend. STRENGTH is a freestyle format (workouts planned by instructor) that is a full-body workout and uses light weight, high-repetition resistance training. STEP STRENGTH is another freestyle format that perfectly blends step aerobics with light weight resistance training. And, CXWORX is a choreographed format (workouts built by experts and delivered by our amazing instructors) that is resistance training focusing on the core.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
