Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been going regularly for years, KICKBOXING classes at Club Fitness are for you. No previous experience is necessary. This martial art class is your key to burning a massive amount of calories, developing total body fitness, and building confidence. And, the choreography and design are created by our outstanding instructors.

KICKBOXING classes challenge and strengthen the entire body. But, they offer a lot of options. They can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your needs. KICKBOXING classes at Club Fitness are exciting, fun, and effective.

Class Design

KICKBOXING classes focus on technique and energy. In this class, you will experience a total body calorie burn, strengthen and tone your core, and develop a greater understanding of this martial art. Workouts incorporate a variety of strikes and blocks designed to reshape your physique and make you feel empowered. Because there are plenty of options and variations in KICKBOXING, you will never be bored even if you come all the time. Because these classes are primarily cardio routines, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to boost your metabolism and get you fit fast.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a standard KICKBOXING class, we have the answer for you. Club Fitness takes KICKBOXING and evolves it with classes that use martial arts as an inspiration to transform your workout into something completely new and phenomenal.

BODYCOMBAT, TURBO KICK, and URBAN KICK are fusion classes. BODYCOMBAT uses every martial art as a basis for building its authentic, high-energy challenges and combinations. TURBO KICK is cardio kickboxing taken to the next level and incorporates interval training into its program design. URBAN KICK is an innovative and athletic format that expertly blends cardio kickboxing with sports conditioning drills.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
