This class is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. You’ll hear all genres of music & lyrics, the latest hits, including but not limited to Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and Reggae. And, with those incredible songs, you’ll experience repetitive, easy-to-follow movements and toning exercises.

Class Details

Using light weights to moderate weights, with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. So, every major muscle group is taken through a fantastic workout to the beat of incredible music. And it will burn up to 540 calories! Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement and support– helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, and ready to return for more.
