Pulse Studio

Featuring top-of-the-line equipment, Pulse Studio is one of our most popular fitness studios because it’s fun, quick, and effective.

Pulse is a HIIT workout, which stands for high-intensity interval training. The workout is fast-paced with short periods of rest between each exercise, allowing for high-calorie burning and muscle toning in just 20 minutes. We provide top-of-the-line equipment which includes rowers, ropes, ski machines, agility ladders, sandbags, kettlebells, weight bags, heavy balls, and more. The Pulse Studio is designed for people of all fitness levels and can be fully customized to the member’s preferences.

In the Pulse Studio, you’ll find 10 stations that house different equipment. Surrounding the room are TVs with demonstrated movements for each exercise, which provides guidance and instruction in real-time. The timers are set for 1 minute and 15 seconds (to perform the exercise) and 45 seconds to rest and move to the next station. The fun thing about working out in the Pulse studio is that the demonstrations on the TV refresh daily, so every time you come in you’ll be challenged with something new!
