The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the club. The scope of this position considers an ongoing focus on revenue growth, customer service, proper management, fiscal responsibility, and team cooperation. This individual develops and oversees processes and methods to enhance performance, productivity, sales, and efficiency throughout multiple levels of operation.
The Fitness Manager is responsible for making sure the Personal Training team is providing our members with the best fitness experience possible through hiring, ongoing training and development, and effective coaching and counseling. It is also important that you are able to adapt quickly to changes in an ever-evolving industry, drive production and results daily, and work closely with your sales team to ensure the proper set-up of new members on their fitness journey.
