Luke DeRousse is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and functional fitness. His fitness journey began after joining the military, where he lost 65 pounds and became a physical training leader. That experience shaped his passion for helping others and gave him a practical, real-life perspective on what sustainable fitness can look like. Luke enjoys giving both newcomers and experienced gym-goers a well-rounded, less traditional approach to training that fits their lifestyle. He connects with clients by helping them make fitness a realistic and lasting part of everyday life. His favorite mantra, “The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary,” reflects his belief in consistency and effort. Outside the gym, Luke enjoys martial arts, movies, social gatherings, running, and training.
