Led by an expert instructor, this guided experience introduces you to the studio environment, equipment, and foundational setup.

Whether you’re brand new to the reformer or simply looking for a refresher, this orientation provides a calm, supportive setting to learn at an intentional pace—so you can focus on movement, not mechanics.

At Club Elite’s Mind & Body Studio, Reformer Pilates is performed on Your Reformer equipment, delivering a smooth, studio-quality experience designed for controlled, intentional movement. Adjustable resistance and guided programming support mindful pacing, balanced engagement, and whole-body activation.

Members can access beginner through advanced reformer sessions via the in-studio kiosk, available 24/7 for self-guided practice. This allows for flexible, independent movement at your own pace—whether you’re building familiarity or refining technique over time.
