Lorritzia Richard is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer in Florissant who specializes in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning. Backed by specialty credentials in strength & conditioning and nutrition, she blends smart programming with practical guidance to help clients move better and feel stronger. A lifelong athlete, Lorritzia experienced weight fluctuations after stepping away from competitive sports, then did the work to lose 40 pounds and build a sustainable, healthy routine—perspective she brings to every session. She connects through clear, down-to-earth communication—on the floor and via text—so goals stay front and center. Her mantra, “Go full out—what are you afraid of?” keeps the energy high and the effort honest. Outside the gym, she enjoys cooking, shopping, and going on adventures.
