Andi Moore
Andi Moore is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in strength training, weight loss, mobility, functional fitness, and rehabilitation. She also holds certifications in Nutrition, Group Exercise, Corrective Exercise, and Lifespan Coaching, equipping her to work with clients of all ages—from youth to seniors. Her pursuit of continued education includes future certifications in PNF Stretching and Yoga.
Andi’s passion for fitness comes from a deeply personal place. Despite living an active lifestyle—from swimming and softball to rugby and marching band—she always felt something was off. In 2024, she discovered she’d been living with a paralyzed stomach since birth. Once treated, her health improved dramatically, igniting a new passion to help others who feel stuck despite their best efforts.
Andi leads with empathy and meets clients where they are. Her approach is rooted in compassion and connection, empowering clients to move at their own pace while feeling supported every step of the way. Her mantra, “Your pace. Your power,” reflects her belief that progress is personal—and as long as you don’t quit, you’re still moving forward.
Outside of the gym, Andi enjoys hiking, swimming, hunting, reading, and staying active with her kiddo—especially playing “defense” on the field.
