Angela Best is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in strength training, weight loss, functional fitness, and yoga. Her journey into fitness began as a transformative tool during her recovery from addiction, leading her to pursue a career that combines her passion for fitness and nutrition with her academic pursuits in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. Angela's own experiences with lifestyle change fuel her dedication to helping others achieve their health goals. She holds a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach certification, enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive wellness advice. She connects with clients by being personable and relatable, creating tailored plans that address individual goals while fostering a supportive environment. Her mantra, "1% better every day," along with a reminder that perfection isn't required, only presence, motivates her clients to continue striving towards better health. Outside of training, Angela is an avid gardener and plant enthusiast who enjoys exploring metaphysics, philosophy, and Eastern medicine. She values family time, especially activities with her daughter and chocolate lab, and embraces a yogic lifestyle in her downtime.
