Elevate is a month-to-month personal training program designed for members who value consistency, accountability, and measurable progress. Beginning at $199 per month, the program includes one 60-minute session each week.
Each session is delivered one-on-one by a certified trainer in a dedicated performance environment—supported by InBody assessments, structured programming, and access to recovery amenities.
Expanded coaching options are available for those seeking accelerated results.
Available to members new to personal training or returning after six months away.

Personal training provides one-on-one support within a comprehensive training environment. With access to dedicated training spaces, recovery amenities, and individualized programming, the experience is designed to support consistency, confidence, and long-term progress.
Recovery Studio
The Recovery Studio is available to personal training clients and includes dedicated spaces and equipment designed to support stretching, mobility, and physical recovery as part of a balanced training routine.
Advanced Recovery Equipment
Personal training clients have access to a range of recovery equipment, including cryotherapy loungers, hydro massage, compression therapy, and percussion-based devices. These tools are available to support relaxation, circulation, and muscle comfort as part of a comprehensive training environment.
Improved Flexibility and Posture
Dedicated stretching and mobility equipment is available to personal training clients to support flexibility, posture awareness, and controlled lengthening of major muscle groups through guided movement and assisted stretching environments.
Holistic Health Analysis
Personal training clients have access to health assessment tools, including body composition analysis and blood pressure monitoring. These measurements provide objective data that can be referenced throughout training to support informed decision-making and progress awareness.
