Nathan Darling is a dedicated personal trainer with expertise in Strength Training, Functional Fitness, and Rehabilitation. He holds the NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) certification and has a BS in Exercise Physiology, along with experience from an internship in Cardiac Rehab. Nathan’s passion for sports and exercise was inspired by his father, a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter. He finds joy in helping people achieve their fitness goals and believes that setbacks are opportunities for growth, having faced challenges himself as a cancer survivor. Nathan connects with his clients by understanding their health and fitness journey, drawing from his personal experiences of balancing a busy life while pursuing fitness goals. His favorite fitness mantra is “Just keep moving.” In his free time, Nathan enjoys bike riding, lifting weights, rucking, hiking, reading, and cooking on his smoker.
