Mathew Chuchua is a dedicated personal trainer specializing in Strength Training, Weight Loss, Functional Fitness, and Sports Conditioning. He holds the ACTION Certified Personal Trainer (CPT – NCCPT proctored) certification and is also a Women’s Fitness Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist. Having personally experienced the challenges of weight management and fitness, Mathew aims to help others overcome their fears and uncertainties about starting a fitness journey and guide them in achieving their desired goals through proper training and nutrition. His own fitness journey began as a heavier set kid, and he transformed his life by starting to work out and continue improving his fitness. Mathew connects with his clients on a personal level, creating enjoyable and light-hearted workout sessions, making jokes along the way to keep the atmosphere positive. His favorite fitness mantra is “Everyday, every way, we all get a little bit better!” Outside of training, Mathew coaches youth football and enjoys riding dirt bikes, hiking, and playing video games.
