Class Details

Building a solid core is essential to every fitness plan and is what allows for safe and strong progression in other areas. The Les Mills Tone classes improve muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, posture, and balance, reduce the risk of bone and joint degeneration, reduce stress, and boost energy levels. The class incorporates a mix of cardio, resistance, and core while playing with different training concepts, lunges, squats, and functional movements using bands and weights for resistance.

This class is also helpful for training for everyday functional movements, and increasing the body’s ability to run/walk more efficiently, which decreases the risk of injury.

Using light weights to moderate weights, with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. So, every major muscle group is taken through a fantastic workout to the beat of incredible music. And it will burn up to 540 calories! Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement and support– helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, and ready to return for more.

SPRINT classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, and recovery.

When you come to a SPRINT workout, you’ll continually push yourself to new levels of ability! LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense training style where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. As a high-intensity, low-impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

RPM classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, lower body musculature, and riding posture.

When you come to an RPM class, you’ll see that it is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact, and you can burn up to 675 calories in a session!

With great music pumping and the group moving as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak, then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

BODYCOMBAT classes focus on the authenticity of cardiovascular endurance, agility, and mixed martial arts. When you step into a BODYCOMBAT workout, you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories! This high-energy martial-arts-inspired workout is non-contact. Plus, there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most out of every round. Then, you’ll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.
