We recommend attending a CYCLE class at least once every week. As these classes are cardio workouts with little stress on joints, you’ll find results and get to your goal as fast as you want to ride.

Because these classes are so effective in raising the metabolism, we recommend attending classes as many times as you’d like, but at a minimum, we recommend twice a week to help you achieve your goals.

This region and these muscles work better when you exercise them together; a great way to do that is with functional training. Our classes utilize functional training and specifically target midsection musculature.
