COVID-19 Temporary Closure

Dear Club Fitness Family,

 

Like all of you, the team at Club Fitness has been closely monitoring the growing national crisis developing as COVID-19 spreads in our communities. We know that every decision we make as a business can have a larger impact on humanity and we are doing our best to make cautious and considerate decisions. We do not currently have a definitely date to re-open. When we will be able to re-open will be determined by our Missouri & Illinois Governors. We will send an email out to all members and post on social media when we have a definitive date.

In order to protect our members, our employees and the general public, we decided to follow the recommendation of local leaders and health care experts by temporarily closing our gyms. 

 

We are hoping that by taking this type of pro-active measure we will help contain the spread of the virus to be able to resume our normal activities soon after the Missouri & Illinois area stay at home orders have been lifted. 

 

Billing Inquiries: Please note, while we are closed you will not be billed. This will happen automatically; you do not need to contact your local club. This will be effective Friday March 20, 2020. If your membership dues were billed prior to our closure, your dues will be prorated and credited for the days we are closed. The credit will be applied to your next scheduled payment after reopening. If you have a Pre-paid Membership we will automatically prorate you for the days we are closed and those days will be added on to your current expiration date.

 

Personal Training: All personal training will cease during the club closure and will commence upon re-opening. Members will be contacted to directly about billing. All reoccurring payments will be frozen automatically, effective Friday March 20, 2020, and we will be extending all expiration dates on current personal training sessions.

 

While it is difficult for us to close our doors, even for a short period, we know that we will we get through this terrible situation as a stronger community. We will lift each other to a stronger, better place.

 

And during this break, we hope that you will continue to pursue your health and wellness goals. Fitness plays a vital role in keeping our communities healthy, and can greatly reduce stress. We have launched a virtual work out library hosted by our Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors that will keep you motivated and allows you the ability to exercise at home. Be on the lookout as we will continue to add to this library over the next couple weeks.
