TEMPORARY GYM CLOSURE

Like all of you, the team at Club Fitness has been closely monitoring the growing national crisis developing as COVID-19 spreads in our communities. We know that every decision we make as a business can have a larger impact on humanity and we are doing our best to make cautious and considerate decisions. When we will be able to re-open will be determined by our Missouri & Illinois Governors, along with our local county governments. 

We will send an email out to all members and post on social media when we have definitive dates, timelines, and protocols for re-opening each of our locations. 

RE-OPENING SAFELY & RESPONSIBLY

As State & County governments update their guidelines towards safely re-opening our communities, our gyms will slowly begin to reopen as they allowed. Each State & County will most likely be on different timelines with different guidelines, which means how and when we will be able to re-open will most likely be different. One thing will be the same across the board though – the safety of our members & team members will be our #1 priority. 

BILLING FAQS

Please note, while your home club is closed you will not be billed. This will happen automatically; you do not need to contact your local club. This was effective Friday March 20, 2020.

If your membership dues were billed prior to our closure, your dues will be prorated and credited for the days we are closed. The credit will be applied to your next scheduled payment after reopening.

If you have a Pre-paid Membership we will automatically prorate you for the days we are closed and those days will be added on to your current expiration date.

Personal Training

All personal training will cease during the club closure and will commence upon re-opening. Members will be contacted to directly about billing. All reoccurring payments were frozen automatically, effective Friday March 20, 2020, and we will be extending all expiration dates on current personal training sessions.
