Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been going regularly for years, VINYASA classes at Club Fitness are for you.  So, no previous experience is necessary.  This pose-based workout uses body weight, mats, blocks and straps to assist you in developing strength with yoga.  And, this is your full-body workout that protect your joints, develops physical ability and balances your body.

VINYASA classes focus on your poses, body’s joints and musculature.  And, while VINYASA combines poses to create a fluid set of positions and patterns, it develops your endurance and leaves you feeling calm and balanced.  Because there are so many postures and variations in VINYASA, you will never be bored even if you regularly attend a class.  And, because these classes are primarily yoga postures, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week.  This will work to protect your body on your fitness journey.

– Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a VINYASA class, then you’re in the right place.  Club Fitness takes yoga and turns it up to eleven with classes that use yoga as an inspiration to transform your workout into something completely new. 

PILOGA, PIYO and BODYFLOW are incredible fusion classes.  PILOGA is a freestyle format (workouts planned by instructor) and PIYO is a choreographed format (workouts built by experts and delivered by our amazing instructors).  Both of which beautifully blend yoga with pilates.  BODYFLOW is also a choreographed format but it differentiates itself from the aforementioned by adding taichi to the mix.

– What to Wear?

We recommend loose fitting active wear.  Leggings, sports bra, t-shirt or tank top will do the trick.  As for footwear, you won’t need it. Go barefoot or do the class in socks.
