Class Design

Tabata is designed as a HIIT workout, with 4-minute increments for the exercise and 10 seconds for the rest period. This highly effective workout can be done in a shorter amount of time with maximum results. Increased endurance and metabolism are just a few of the benefits of taking this class!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
