If you’re new to the gym or you’ve been going regularly for years, SYNERGY classes at Club Fitness are right for you.  So, no previous experience is necessary.  Instructors coach participants through stations and varying resistance training techniques using our Synergy 360 tower system on the weight floor (outside of the gx studios).  Body weight and resistance levels you determine are used to challenge you and develop fitness.

SYNERGY classes focus on circuit training.  You move from one station to the next, are challenged by our instructors, and learn all that can be done with the Synergy 360 tower.  And, SYNERGY training is a complete workout and a lot of fun.  Workouts can incorporate every muscle group, any variety of cardio, and any combination of timing the work vs. the rest.  And, because there are so many options and variations in SYNERGY, you will never be bored.  Moreover, because these classes are primarily resistance oriented, we recommend attending classes every other day, or, at a minimum, once a week.  This will work to build your physique and effectively tone your body.

If you’re looking for something a little different from a SYNERGY class, Club Fitness has the answer for you.  We take the variation you experience in a SYNERGY class and evolve it in our gx studio to transform your workout into something completely new. 

INTERVALS and BOOT CAMP classes are amazing options.  Our instructors design INTERVALS classes to provide as many different training techniques as possible including:  resistance, cardio, core work, and plyometrics.  And, BOOT CAMP includes a huge variety of techniques, too.  But, it incorporates circuit training and is designed by our expert personal trainers.  Both of which are perfect for those looking to get a complete workout and a little bit of everything in the process.
