Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been going regularly for years, the STRENGTH classes at Club Fitness are for you. So, no previous experience is necessary. This full-body workout uses weights, bars, resistance tubing, steps, mats and body weight to recruit and activate every muscle in the body. And, this is a complete resistance training class – all done in one hour!

STRENGTH classes emphasize your body’s musculature – arms, legs, core, chest, back, and shoulders. And, while STRENGTH will focus on correct form and high repetitions, it will leave you feeling the workout. Because these classes are total body workouts, we recommend attending once every other day at the most. And, we recommend attending once a week at a minimum.

If you’re looking for something a little different than a standard resistance training class, then you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes strength training and turns it up to eleven with classes that use resistance training and high repetition. With these classes you will transform your workout into something completely new.
STEP STRENGTH and BODYPUMP are amazing fusion classes. STEP STRENGTH is a freestyle format (workouts planned by instructor) and perfectly blends both step aerobics and resistance training. BODYPUMP is a choreographed format (workouts built by experts and delivered by our amazing instructors). BODYPUMP is designed by the best of the best and is the number-one most popular group exercise class in the world.
