RPM classes at Club Fitness are right for every BODY.  If you’ve been riding indoors or outdoors, for years, or, if you’re completely new to fitness, you will absolutely love these classes.  And, no previous experience is necessary.  This cardio-based workout uses the indoor cycle bikes in our premium cycle studios.  With those bikes, you’ll challenge and develop your core with your lower body physique and expand your cardiovascular stamina.

RPM classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, lower body musculature, and riding posture.

When you come to an RPM class, you’ll see that it is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.  It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories in a session!

With great music pumping and the group moving as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.  In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak, then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

And, because there are so many variations to indoor cycling training, you will never get bored.  Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, and low-impact, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week.  This will work to build your metabolism and effectively train your legs.

– Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than an RPM class, you’re in the right place.  Club Fitness takes indoor cycling and evolves it with these outstanding options that will transform your workout, and your BODY, completely. 

SPRINT is first, and foremost, a HIIT class.  But, it uses the indoor cycling bike as its one and only exercise tool.  This class is all about getting you to your fitness goal, fast.  The intervals involve pushing to your level of ability and then resting, all to the beat of motivating music.  And that on-and-off approach creates a massive calorie burn during and well after your ride.  SPINNING is a freestyle (class designed by instructor) format that takes participants through varying positions on the bike and trains them in cardiovascular and specific muscular endurance.  These rides are fun, effective and engaging!  And, another freestyle format is the CYCLE class.  Similar to SPINNING, CYCLE workouts allow our instructors to take riders on hugely creative experiences that blast away calories and comprehensively train the core and lower body, all while listening to the best music.
