This total body, high-intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight and masterfully combines various concepts to create an incredible workout!

You will enjoy many benefits from regularly attending a RIPPED class. This includes greater agility, endurance, improved core strength, tone muscles, empowerment, and a tremendous feeling of accomplishment. RIPPED classes are also total-body workouts. So, strength in the upper body and lower body is trained in various ways. But, they offer a lot of options, too. With those options, these classes can be both introductory or advanced, depending on your needs. So, anyone can take a class and have a great workout. Class Design

RIPPED classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, agility, and mixed martial arts authenticity.

When you step into a RIPPED workout, you’ll experience components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance. This class is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full-body workout. Plus, there are no complex moves to master. The RIPPED class follows its acronym and changes the workout every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout.

And, because there are so many styles and variations in martial arts, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to build your metabolism and progress you toward your fitness goal.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a RIPPED class, you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes group exercise cardio, evolves it, and then delivers options that completely transform your workout and body.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Here, we combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to create a burn of up to 730 calories! And CARDIO classes at Club Fitness are our freestyle version of athletic training built by our amazing instructors who provide new challenges with each class. In this workout, you’ll get the heart rate up, the metabolism stoked, and have a blast doing it!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
