Piloxing improves flexibility, promotes weight loss, tones and strengthens the core, builds muscle endurance, and reduces stress. This class mixes boxing, dance, and pilates to bring you a workout experience that is both fun and effective!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
