This dance workout uses bodyweight, mats, and the open space of the group exercise studio. With those tools, you’ll tone your entire body, have a BLAST, and dance your way into shape.

Class Design

MIXXEDFIT classes focus on cardiovascular endurance, agility, and various dance styles.
This class is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. You’ll hear all genres of music & lyrics., the latest hits, including but not limited to Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and Reggae. And, with those incredible songs, you’ll experience repetitive, easy-to-follow movements and toning exercises.
And, because there are so many styles and variations in dance, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. This will work to build your metabolism and progress you toward your fitness goal.

Fusion Classes

If you’re looking for something a little different than a MIXXEDFIT class, you’re in the right place. Club Fitness takes dance cardio and uses it as an inspiration to transform your workout and body completely.
ZUMBA and DANCE are options that will keep you coming back for more. ZUMBA is a dance party in the gym. This Latin-dance inspired cardio class will play the latest hit songs and combine intervals of high and low intensity with a variety of dance styles. And, DANCE is our freestyle option. This class is designed by our amazing instructors and incorporates every style of dance. For those looking to change it up, ZUMBA and DANCE are perfect. You’ll burn calories and have way too much fun doing it!

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
