Les Mills Tone is a choreographed format that is built by experts and delivered by our amazing instructors with a focus on resistance training and core strength.

Class Design

Building a strong core is essential to every fitness plan, and is what allows for safe and strong progression in other areas. The Les Mills Tone classes improve muscular strength and endurance, improve flexibility, posture, and balance, reduce the risk of bone and joint degeneration, reduce stress, and boost energy levels. The class incorporates a mix of cardio, resistance, and core while playing with different training concepts, lunges, squats, and functional movements using bands and weights for resistance.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
