When you come to a SPRINT workout, you’ll continually push yourself to new levels of ability! LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. As a high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
And, because there are so many options in this class, you will never get bored. Moreover, because these classes are primarily cardio workouts, we recommend attending classes as much as desired but, at a minimum, once a week. RPM and SPINNING are classes that also use the indoor cycling bikes. They are especially outstanding classes because our members love them, they are low impact, AND, they produce results. RPM is a unique and complete indoor cycling experience that takes participants on a journey. Riders will be coached through varying terrains (ie flats and hills) all while hearing amazing music and riding to the rhythm. SPINNING classes are designed by instructors with a combination of biomechanics, skills, and energy techniques. But, most importantly, they are fun! Our instructors bring the riding experience to life by layering in music, visuals, positive communication, and expert delivery to every class.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
