Building a strong core is essential to every fitness plan, and is what allows for safe and strong progression in other areas. The Les Mills Core class will work to improve core strength, while also improving posture and building lean muscle mass. This class is also helpful for training for everyday functional movements, and increasing the body’s ability to run/walk more efficiently, which decreases the risk of injury.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable fitting activewear. As for footwear, we recommend athletic shoes.
